The food was just okay, but the amount per serving was good. I didn't like that they only offer bottled water, no complimentary water. Service left a lot to be desired. The server seemed annoyed to be assisting us. He kept switching out our grill before it was empty, forcing us to transfer all our food from the original hot grill to the new one before the new one had a chance to heat up. He only asked one person at our table if they wanted a refill and ignored the other two empty cups. Also, they sat us right against a wall while there was very loud construction going on, on the other side. I understand they can't help that there's construction, but the restaurant was almost entirely empty and they sat us in the loudest spot and didn't even warn us that we would be hearing so much noise. The Clovis location was much better all the way around. This location felt very overpriced for the quality of food and service.

5/5 I always went to the clovis location but it’s under construction, so I decided to try this location. My final verdict is that I will be back because of the fresh food and grill! i didn’t think i would like the circle grill but it absorbs all the smoke and i left the building smelling smoke free. Comparing this locations vs the clovis location, they have flat plates which traps some of the gunk and grills a little less evenly while these grill grates are much cleaner and cooks more evenly. The waiter was nice, gave me food and drinks promptly, veggie bar was nice its self serve! Overall i really like this place sweeeeet, nice, and clean. Looks dated outside but inside the building its the same decor as the clovis location, please come try if you miss korean bbq niceee(:

DO NOT EAT HERE. This was an extremely disappointing experience, made worse by the subpar customer service. For nearly $35 per person, the selection is surprisingly limited, and many items that you would reasonably expect to be included come with additional charges despite the restaurant advertising an "all-you-can-eat" experience. Customers are not even allowed to bring their own water, while nearly everything else is aggressively upcharged. What was most frustrating was the service. Even on a slow day, it took an unreasonable amount of time to receive assistance, and we repeatedly had to go out of our way just to get our server's attention. No customer should feel like they have to beg for service. The food itself was equally underwhelming. The "tofu soup" contained only two small pieces of tofu, with the rest consisting mostly of mushrooms and onions. For the price being charged, the quality and portions simply do not meet expectations. Being one of the few Korean BBQ options in Fresno should not be an excuse to provide such a poor customer experience. Customers deserve better value, better service, and better quality than what is being offered here. I will not be returning, and

Quality of this place has gone DOWN!None of the sides were even close to what they used to be. Kimchi was definitely not fermented and bean sprouts just seemed like they mixed it together and didn’t care that it wasn’t made correctly. Service was bad. Our waitress didn’t even wait for us to finish our order and walked away. Whether you know what we’re ordering or not, be polite and let us finish. Quality and quantity of the meat is very small. Granted not everyone finishes meat, but quality could be a lot better Also.. the charge for water is ridiculous. I know for a fact that they have a water dispenser in the back. All restaurants need to have filtered water and the fact that we have no option but to pay for bottled water is ridiculous.
